Rosemary Skewered Chicken
12 inch of rosemary cut at angle (easier to skew)
Salt and pepper
Cut Chicken breast into 1 1/2 inch cubes. Skew onto rosemary skews. I cut the rosemary at an angle so it is easier to push the chicken onto. Leave the leaves on if you like or you can remove them, whatever your preference. Salt and pepper to your taste. Put on sheet pan in a 375 degree oven and cook 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Make extra for next day salads. Enjoy!
