Yesterday with above 40 degrees was such a gift. Many people were working to straighten, clean and organize their yards, only for temperatures to dip back down this week. But remember, winter is still upon us and it WILL get cold again. Take care to cover those tender shoots that have come up under leaves and mulch. Then take a walk.
In the shoppe, we are organizing and getting ready for spring. Cleaning and ridding the shoppe of the accumulation that happens occasionally. (Dare I say the sale room is full) Spring will come and we will be ready. We have planned a series of talks and workshops in March. I'll only say roses and fairies are among the topics.
Andrea and Larrie are off in Nicaragua enjoying rest and relaxation with rum and rays (90 degrees today with a low of 69). Haven't heard from them but I'm sure that the only problem is where they will walk to lunch.
Come by the shoppe and say hi. We are still open with winter hours (if in doubt, give me a call)
